Investigators in St. James are probing the shooting of thirteen people, four fatally in separate incidents by gunmen, between last night and this morning,

The incidents occurred in Granville, Norwood and Anchovy.

Those killed are thirty-year-old Kemoy Malcom, of Mud Valley St. James and 25-year-old, Ricardo Ellis of Glendevon, St. James, 52-year-old cook shop operator Leroy Salmon, otherwise called second and his common law wife Ella Dailey, otherwise called Kim.

Head of Operations in the St. James police division, Superintendent Gary McKenzie, says the incidents appear to be unrelated based on information received by the police.

He is seeking to reassure the public that the police are working to solve these crimes, and restoring calm to the communities.
