Under 17 Reggae Girls’ final prep for Caribbean Women’s Championship

Jamaica’s under 17 Reggae Girls brushed aside st Georges under 14 team 2-nil yesterday in their final warm up game before leaving the island on Monday for the Caribbean under 17 Football Championship in Haiti.

The Jamaicans took the lead when the Florida based Olofolasade Adamoloken scored in the 42nd minute, before Rochelle Gray doubled lead in the 50th minute.

Meanwhile the Jamaicans will open their account next Wednesday at the championship against Bermuda before completing their itinerary against Trinidad on Friday. The Caribbean championship runs from October 16 to 22nd.

The full Reggae Girl’s squad: is completed by Giselle Washington, Chantae Blackwood, Jaden Roberts, Gabrielle sScarlet, Sydoney Clarke, Sherece Young, Tacia Austin, Shaquilla Forbes, Shania Harris, Neville Gail Able, Kersha Thomas, Christina Salmon, Stacy Ann Clair, Moesha McLaughlin, Maliah Atkins, chelia scholss and Davia Richards.

Xavier Gilbert is the head coach, with tony Ann Cowan his assistant, Jean Nelson is the team manager, Gillian Lawrence the team doctor and Robert Finzi Smith – the head of delegation.
