Jamaica’s Covid-19 positivity rate is now 24.1 per cent.

The Health Ministry has reported 188 new cases.

The new cases consist of 116 females and 72 males, ranging in age from 10 months to 96 years.

Kingston and St. Andrew recorded the highest number of new cases with 59, followed by St. James with 36.

The Health Ministry has also reported 5 new Covid-19 related deaths.

They are 2 males and 3 females, between the ages of 43 and 88, all from Clarendon.

The deaths occurred between last month and this month.

There has been 103 recoveries.

Meanwhile, Covid-19 hospitalizations are now at 95.
