2 Alleged gang leaders killed by cops in Kingston

Two alleged wanted men were shot dead by police during separate incidents in Kingston, yesterday (Nov 8).

They are Dwayne Hall, also called Pops / Crazy-Crazy / Killy-Killy, and Christopher Armstrong, otherwise called Shabba.

This was revealed by Head of the St. Andrew South Police Division Superintendent Gary Francis, while giving an update on alleged gang related activities and crime investigations, during a press conference today.

The update involved information about warfare between the Blingers and Shabba gangs that operate in the Riverton Meadows, Waterhouse and New Heaven area.

Superintendent Francis says Hall, an alleged member of the Blingers gang, was being sought by police in relation to at least 6 murders and shootings.

Hall was also a person of interest in other murders.

Superintendent Francis says Armstrong, the alleged leader of the Shabba gang, was wanted for 4 murders, shootings, and arson.

Shabba was also listed as a person on interest in 5 murders.

Meantime, Superintendent Francis has appealed to the alleged second tier member of the Shabba gang, Bounty, to surrender to police.

Superintendent Francis added that some alleged members of the rival Blingers gang, were arrested by police in recent days.
