The police have taken into custody a man who they believe was involved in yesterday’s shooting incident in Kilmarnock St. Elizabeth, in which 3 other men were killed, during an alleged confrontation with cops.

Head of the JCF Communications Unit, Superintendent Stephanie Lindsay said the incident happened about 11:20 pm.

A firearm was seized.

She added that based on investigations so far, the men involved in the incident are from Westmoreland and St. Catherine, and may be connected to a stolen car case.
