The ministry of Health and Wellness has reported three new Covid -19 related deaths.

The three females are from Westmoreland aged 79, 85 and 96. The deaths occurred between January 2021 and February 2022.

Meanwhile , 55 new Covid cases have been reported . They consist of 32 females and 23 males.

They range in age from 4 months to 93 years.

Kingston and St. Andrew recorded the highest number of cases with 11 persons.

The positivity rate is 9.4 per cent.

192 persons are hospitalised with the virus; 43 are moderately ill, 18 severely ill and 6 critically ill.
