Thirty-eight (38) people are hospitalised with the Coronavirus.

Of that number, 14 are moderately ill and 2 are critically ill.

Meantime, 1 more person has died from the virus.

The deceased is a 70 year old man from St. Elizabeth.

The Health Ministry says there was one more coincidental death.

The Covid-19 death toll is now 2,970.

And 85 new cases have pushed the country’s case count to 130,473.

Of the new cases 57 are females and 28 are males.

They range in age from 3 to 93 years.

The positivity rate is 7.7 per cent.

111 more persons have recovered from the virus.
