St. James police made a major gun seizure in Ramble today (May 4).

Head of operations for the St. James state of emergency, Assistant Commissioner of Police Ealon Powell says cops found rifles that appear to be brand new.

Reports are that about 11:35 a.m., members of the security forces carried out an operation in the Ramble area of Bogue.

A search of a premises yielded four M16 assault rifles, five magazines, one hundred and fifty 5.56 rounds of ammunition and four ballistic vests.
