48 hours after he said he would walk away from boxing for good ……boxing legend Floyd Mayweather has made an about turn.

On Tuesday, at the opening of one of his new gyms, the 42 year old Mayweather said he was hanging up his gloves for good.

However on Thursday night Mayweather who has a 50 and 0 record posted on his instagram account on Thursday night that he is coming out of retirement in 2020.

An hour before making that post…….the boxer also shared that he and UFC president dana white are “working together again to bring the world another spectacular event” next year.

The saga began over a decade ago when Mayweather briefly retired and then unretired in 2007, then re-retired for 21 months and came out of retirement again in 2009.

He went back into retirement in 2015, then came back out to fight Connor McGregor in 2017.
