12 top teams across the island will participate the National Basketball League super 12 which tips of on Saturday at the national arena starting at 3.30 pm.

These are st Georges slayers, UWI Runnin” rebels, Portmore Flames, Spanish town Spartans, Rae Town Raptors, Tivoli Wizards, Upper Room Eagles, Urban Knights, Montego Bay Knights, Falmouth Saints, Pembroke Hall Warriors and Central Celtics.

The clubs are drawn for 6 parishes and all 12 teams will participate in an opening parade after which there will be a double header featuring  UWI Running Rebels vs Montego Bay CC Knights.

This will be followed by the defending Champions st Georges Slayers vs Falmouth Saints.

After 3 months of elimination at the regional conference level, the top teams have emerged at the Super 12 phase of the competition.
