National Security Minister Dr. Horace Chang says the re-designing of police stations across the island will make them more receptive for persons seeking to make reports related to domestic violence.
The minister’s statement follows several domestic cases in the past few days.
Dr. Chang noted that the new designs for police stations will allow for more privacy as it relates to making reports on sensitive matters.
The minister said police stations should be welcoming for citizens who seek the services of officers in any capacity.
