In light of the spread of the Coronavirus, the winners for the 38th International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) will be revealed without a public audience.

The winners for the best of 2019 will be announced on Sunday, March 29.

Meanwhile, the Jamaican government is discouraging public gatherings.

Currently, preliminary results have indicated five additional Coronavirus cases in Jamaica. This would move the number of COVID-19 cases to 15.

There’s also a ban on travel, to and from France, Spain, and Germany, in addition to China, Italy, South Korea, Singapore, Iran, and the United Kingdom.
