As the nation battles Covid-19, People’s National Party member, and former Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Winston De La Haye, is warning citizens against the use of homemade remedies, to treat the virus.

Dr. De La Haye notes that there is no known cure or concoction that can be used to effectively treat covid-19.

He urges persons who are showing symptoms of the virus, to contact the health authorities, and follow the guidelines stipulated.

He was speaking during an online press conference on covid-19, held by the People’s National Party, today.
