The Easter weekend will see adjusted curfew times.  The curfew begins at three pm for the entire weekend beginning tomorrow Good Friday and continues to Easter Monday.

Tonight’s curfew ends at 7 tomorrow morning.

Prime Minster Andrew Holness in announcing the new times stated that the intent is to curtail unnecessary movements during the traditionally busy Easter weekend.

He stated that there will be an adjustment to the curfew after the Easter weekend.

The Prime Minister stated that no market nor beach will be opened this weekend.

Meantime an order has been issued for vulnerable persons to wear masks.

At a press conference Wednesday, the Prime Minister made it mandatory for persons who have underlying conditions to wear the protective device.

Prime Minister Holness said its important to protect the most vulnerable
