The burnt remains of two persons were found at a house, which was gutted by fire, at middle road in Glendevon, St James this morning.

Residents believe the remains are those of a common-law couple, who lived at the premises.

It is reported that explosions were heard, and fire was seen coming from the house.

Fire personnel and the police are still at the scene.
