Manchester police vow to relentlessly pursue policeman’s killers

Head of the Manchester police Superintendent Gary Francis says the police will be relentless in their pursuit to apprehend the killers of Constable Kirkland Plummer, who was gunned down at an event which was being held in contravention of the Disaster Risk Management Act on Saturday, November 8.

 

The event which was being held at a premises in the community of Harwood in Clarendon, left Plummer and an alleged gunman dead.

 

Speaking at a vigil for Constable Plummer in Spalding yesterday, Superintendent Francis said the police owe it to Constable Plummer to ensure that his killers are brought to justice.

 

 

He appealed to witnesses to tell the police what they know.
