Dancehall deejay Beenie Man has called it quits with the mother of his child, Krystal Tomlinson, putting an end to their 5-year relationship.

Beenie Man announced his breakup in a video he posted on his official Instagram page on Monady. According to Beenie Man, he’s free single, and disengaged.

The renowned “Girls Dem Sugar” Dancehall deejay further stated that there’s no bad vibes between them, but that people just grow apart.

Meanwhile, Krystal Tomlinson also confirmed the split via her official Instagram page. On the social media platform, she confirmed the breakup to her over 243,000 followers using a black and white photo of her and Beenie Man which she captioned in part, “Part of growth is knowing when things have come to an end.”

The caption further reads, “This chapter on love, written with love, is closed.”

Beenie Man and Krystal Tomlinson made their relationship public in 2016 and had a child in 2018. In October last year, rumours circulated that the two had severed ties.
