The lawyer representing Dancehall deejay Xklusive has rubbished reports suggesting that the entertainer was charged with murder and is in police custody.

According to Oswest Senior-Smith, Xklusive was among a group of men who were detained by the police early last week. However, the Danachell deejay was released on Saturday, March 20, after being asked some 31 questions by the Police Intelligence Unit.

Mr. Senior-Smith, during a Music News exclusive interview Monday (March 22), stressed that his client is not in police custody and was not charged with murder.

Dancehall deejay Xklusive got his musical break in 2016 with the release of ‘Scamma Dem Deh Yah.’
