Legendary Producer Donovan Germain is urging entertainers to use the downtime during COVID-19 to create quality songs in a bid to build or enhance their catalogue.

The Penthouse Records CEO further stated that post-COVID-19, the entertainers who will benefit are those with a catalogue and can pull a crowd and sell tickets.
