Dovey Magnum released from ICE custody

Dancehall deejay Dovey Magnum has been released from the custody of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) after she was detained a week ago, following a raid at a premises in Atlanta.

On Friday, Dovey used Instagram to inform her over 381,000 followers of her status. On the social media platform she wrote, “#BAWLOUTNATION Thanks for the love and support I’m home resting. I appreciate you all from my heart.”

Dovey Magnum who was being held at the Stewart Detention Center in Atlanta, Georgia, was forced to miss an event she was being advertised for in Florida last Sunday.

She’s currently promoting her song, “Never Fail” and is gearing up to perform at All White Affair in Atlanta on June 6.
