A vaccination effort targeting members of the transport sector and their families is now underway in Half Way Tree, St. Andrew.

The vaccination initiative which is dubbed ” One Shot and Ready, Two and Drive” is the first of 11 being held islandwide.

It is being spearheaded by the Transport Operators Development Sustainable Services, TODSS and the British Caribbean Insurance Company, BCIC

President of TODSS, Egeton Newman says the effort began at 8:30 this morning.
