As more and more business owners are implementing Covid-19 vaccine mandates at the workplace, Prime Minister Andrew Holness is recommending that employers who are considering this route, thoroughly engage their employees.

He said it is in the interest of both the employer and employee that there is an agreement regarding vaccinations.

He said both parties have the right to negotiate as a first strategy.
