Tiger on the mend after minor stroke

Veteran Dancehall deejay Tiger is on the road to recovery after suffering  second stroke.

Via Instagram, the entertainer shared a series of videos of his first day of therapy which shows him working on his motion skills. In the caption, Tiger wrote, “1st day of therapy it was at the @javanesewellnesscenter and I tell you even though it’s challenging, it’s definitely worth it and I already feel stronger and excited for the next session. Thanks to everyone for all the love and support – as I also let you journey with me on the way to recovery.”

Bounty Killer, who was quick to offer financial assistance to Tiger through his Bounty Foundation, reposted the veteran deejay’s videos to official IG account which he captioned, “The Rankin on his journey to recovery slowly but surely. Bredda time is of essence dem cyaa go round greatness.”

Bounty Killer through his Bounty Foundation presented a check valued at $400,000 to Tiger to assist with his medical expenses.

Tiger is recuperating after suffering a minor stroke that has challenged his mobility.

His family opened up a Real Helping Hands account to raise funds for the entertainer and is seeking the public’s assistance to offset medical expenses.

Realhelpinghands.com is a Caribbean-based crowdfunding platform built by Jamaicans. The platform allows Caribbean residents to create online fundraisers.

61-year-old Tiger is known for songs such as ‘No Wanga Gut’, ‘When’, ‘No Puppy Love’ and ‘Me Name Tiger’.
