The Health Ministry is reporting 12 additional Covid-19 related deaths.

The deaths occurred between August last year and February this year.

The deceased are 9 males and 3 females.

They range in age from 43 to 93 years.

Six of the deceased lived in St. Elizabeth, 2 lived in Trelawny, while the others lived in Westmoreland, Clarendon, St. James and Manchester.

Meantime, 143 new cases were recorded yesterday (February 10), pushing the country’s case count to 126,732.

The positivity rate is 17.6 per cent.

359 persons are in hospital, while there are 355 new recoveries.
