Prime Minister Andrew Holness says the measures under the Disaster Risk Management Act, DRMA, will soon come to an end.

Mr. Holness made the disclosure while speaking in Parliament yesterday (February 10).

The comment followed the changing of the start time for nightly curfew hours from 10 to 11 pm.

According to the Prime Minister, the country has reached it’s tolerance limit for restrictions.

Mr. Holness said the pandemic has created a division in the public.

He said this division has made it difficult for the government to do it’s job and has also warranted the need for a return to normalcy.

The Prime Minister said these efforts must be taken as there is no answer as to when the pandemic will end.
