Jamaica’s Covid-19 positivity rate increases to 33.8 percent

Jamaica’s Covid-19 positivity rate has increased to 33.8 percent.

This as 194 more persons have tested positive for the virus.

Of the new cases, 111 are females, and 83 are males, ranging in age from 16 days to 97 years.

St. James recorded the highest number of cases with 88, followed by Westmoreland with 38.

77 people are hospitalized with the virus.
