Two men who were wanted on warrants of extradition in the United States were arrested in St. James, yesterday (May 18).

They are 41-year-old Damion Clarke who was wanted on firearm and drug related charges and forty-year-old Damone Oakley of Point District, St. James who was wanted on mail fraud, wire fraud and other lottery scamming activities.

Reports are that at about 8 am, an operation was carried out in Spring Mount, St. James and Oakley was arrested.

Hours earlier, at about 3 a.m., Clarke was arrested during an operation in mount Salem.

Both men will remain in custody pending an extradition hearing.
