Five (5) goats and two (2) motorcycles which were stolen, were recovered by the police in separate operations in St. Elizabeth, yesterday (May 28).

The motorcycles were recovered at about 11:00 am, by a team of officers who went to the Brompton community in search of a motorcycle, which was reportedly stolen from its owner at gunpoint in Bluefields, Westmoreland, days earlier.

The motorcycles were found in bushes.

One has since been identified by the owner.

And, the five goats were recovered at about 10 am in South Hampton.

Three of the animals, which are valued at $80,000, have since been identified by their owner, who reported that they were stolen about 3 weeks ago in Northampton.
