Two people were shot and killed and two others wounded in Red Dirt, Duncans in Trelawny, last evening (May 28).

Dead are 28-year-old Jason Traile and 26-year-old Andre Dennis.

Police reports are that at about 7:53 pm, all four persons were at a mechanic shop when a motor car drove up and 4 armed men alighted from the vehicle.

It’s reported that the men opened fire at the group, after they did not receive information about a specific person.

The wounded persons were taken to hospital, where Traile and Dennis were pronounced dead.

The other two have been admitted in stable condition.
