The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM), is probing the fatal shooting of a man, in St. Mary, yesterday (June 15).

Dead is 42-year-old Marlon Bell.

Reports are that 3 police officers, acting on information, went to a premises in Crab Hall, Annotto Bay, and during an exchange of gunfire, Bell was shot and killed.

Deputy Commissioner of INDECOM, Hamish Campbell, said police claim that they recovered a gun during the incident.
