Minister of National Security and Deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Horace Chang, says he has instructed, that an investigation be done, to determine how the incorrect iteration of the regulations for the state of public emergency declared in St. Catherine, was tabled in parliament on Tuesday.

On Wednesday, the government came under scrutiny for the error.

In a statement this morning, Dr. Chang said the error is regretted.

He re-assured that the correct regulations which are in keeping with the recent court ruling, will be tabled in parliament on Thursday at 2pm, and in the senate on Friday.
