The Clarendon man accused of killing 5 family members is facing additional legal woes, after allegations of sexual assault were levelled against him.

Rushane Barnett was reportedly served with documents for an identification parade, in relation to claims that he abducted and sexually assaulted a 15 year old girl.

His court appointed lawyer, Tamika Harris told Irie FM News, that the situation is problematic, and that she would be advising her client to not do the parade.

This as Barnett’s photograph has already been widely circulated on social media, so he is easily identifiable.
