The attorney representing the woman District Constable, embroiled in the case of missing social media influencer, Donnalee Donaldson, has requested the police high command to provide protection, following claims that death threats have been made on the cop and her family.

Oswest Senior Smith said he met with the Police Deputy Commissioner today (July 21 ) to discus the matter.

When asked if the cop would be safer, if she were to take time off from work, the lawyer said such a move, would fuel speculation about possible involvement in the disappearance of Ms. Donaldson.

He said his client is innocent, and remains on active duty.
