Jamaica has recorded 131 new Covid 19 cases bringing the overall case count to 146, 372.

Of the new cases 87 are females and 44 are males ranging in age from 1 month to 94 years.

The positivity rate is 24 percent.

Meantime, the Health Ministry is reporting one new Covid-19 death.

There are 89 more recoveries.

101 persons are now hospitalized, 26 are moderately ill, 7 are severely ill and 4 are critically ill.
