Jamaica will have 50 new garbage trucks by the end of this month.
That’s according to Information Minister, Robert Morgan.
Mr. Morgan said the COVID-19 pandemic had delayed the purchasing of 100 garbage trucks for the country, but the government is getting back on track, with 50 of the 100 trucks.
With timely garbage collection a major concern across Jamaica, the 50 new trucks are expected to significantly improve collection services for citizens.
