Immigration officers at the Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) have staged a protest against a contentious interdiction process.

They are also upset that a special allowance has not been increased and have concerns about how they are being treated.

General Secretary of the National Workers Union Granville Valentine outlined the workers concerns.

He said the workers are calling for a meeting with the authorities today to solve the issues, or the protests will continue.
