Health Minister, Dr. Christopher Tufton, says efforts continue to reduce the number of maternal deaths recorded in the country.

Speaking during the launch of the ‘Start Right Maternal and Newborn Care Programme’ in kingston on Monday, he said while Jamaica has not achieved its goal of reducing maternal deaths, as they continue to fluctuate, the ministry continues to work towards it.
