Police have identified the two people who were shot and killed in Kendal Manchester this morning.

They are 29 year old Damion Robinson o/c “Bleachers” and a woman known as  “Shemmy” o/c “Girly” of Comma Pen, Manchester.

Reports are that shortly after midnight, the two were traveling in a Toyota Mark X motorcar, along the Kendal main road, when gunmen opened fire at the vehicle.

The police were summoned and the wounded persons were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

A resident told Irie FM News that he heard the explosions and later learnt of the deaths.
