Seventeen people including 7 children have been left homeless, following a house fire on Text Lane in Downtown, Kingston yesterday (April 19).

The fire reportedly began at around 4:20 PM.

Public Relations Officer at the Jamaica Fire Brigade, Emelio Ebanks told IRIE FM News that 3 units responded to the blaze.
