Senator Dr. Dana Morris Dixon was sworn in this afternoon as Minister without Portfolio in the Office of the Prime Minister.

The ceremony took place at King’s House.

She was named to the cabinet on Monday, during the announcement of a cabinet reshuffle by Prime Minister Andrew Holness.

Dr. Dixon will focus on the development of skills training and the alignment with industry, as well as digital transformation.

Dr. Dixon has pledged to work hard in this capacity.
