Prime Minister Andrew Holness has expressed concern that the killing of children in the country is often related to domestic issues.

Mr Holness who was speaking at a ceremony yesterday (June 23) lamented that seven children have been murdered since the start of the year.

He noted that in the majority of these cases, the child knew the perpetrator.

In light of this, Mr Holness is reminding adults of their moral and legal obligations regarding keeping children safe.
