The Labour Ministry will be undertaking a preselection exercise for both the Canadian and the US farm work programme .
This will be done from June 26 to July 24.
Labour Minister Shahine Robinson says this recruitment drive will involve the ministry undertaking preselection activities island wide over four weeks.
She says persons who are interested in participating in this programme must have farming experience to boost their chances of success.
Meanwhile the Labour Minister says more Jamaicans were able to benefit from employment opportunities in Canada and the United States in the last financial year under the overseas employment or farm workers programme.
