Commonwealth Games 400 meters hurdles champion Kaliese Spencer could know her fate on June 15 regarding the charges of whereabouts violation.
She is alleged to have violated article 2.3 of the World Anti-Doping Agency rule which speaks to “evading, refusing or failing to submit to sample collection.
The world championship mile relay silver medalist is accused of refusing to submit to a drug test by doping control officers of the Jamaica Anti-Doping Commission (Jadco) on April 27, last year.
However, she is contending that she was never notified that she was to be tested.
Following two days of hearing at the Jamaica conference Centre the Jadco’s disciplinary panel could deliver their verdict in mid- June.
