Reggae entertainer Luciano is currently mourning the loss of his mother, Ema Sophia Griffiths – Barnett, affectionately called ‘Mama Sophie.’ Mama Sophie passed away on Saturday August 19, she was 91 years old.

Luciano dedicated the song ‘Mama’ released in 1996 on his Messenger album to his mother.

Luciano who is on tour in Europe, is now in the process of rescheduling his shows in order to get back to his family in Jamaica during this period of bereavement.
