Veteran reggae singer Denroy Morgan will receive the keys to the city of Brooklyn, in New York tonight for his contribution to art and culture.

Father of Grammy award winning reggae group Morgan Heritage, the group is expected to pay homage to their father with a special acoustic performance at the Afro Caribbean event in Wingate Park Brooklyn.

Last week Morgan Heritage kicked off a twenty three city tour across the United States and Canada promoting their new album Avrakedabra which features a remake of Jimmy Cliff’s hit single ‘Reggae Night.’
