While some fans are questioning the stability of Jah Cure’s mind after a series of videos on his official Instagram page, the grammy nominated reggae singer is ignoring the critics and ready to give back to his hometown community.

Jah Cure will be helping to get his hometown basic school, the Mountpelier Basic School in Mountpelier St. James up to speed with back to school activities. In his video recorded on the school compound, Jah Cure shared that this will be the first of many.

Jah Cure raised some questions on Monday evening after posting a video wearing a camouflage face mask and referring to himself as #elgringo. The video, posted as part of the #MayWeatherChallenge left some fans wondering if the singer may be going through a midlife crisis.

Jah Cure has since hit back at fans saying he is just enjoying life. The Mayweather challenge launched over two months ago by undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather, challenges persons to post videos or photographs on social media to show off how one is really living.
