Two schoolgirls, Aiko Jones and Cavell Williams of Wolmers have gained selection to Jamaica’s Senior Women’s Volleyball team which departs the island on October 11.

This to participate in the third round of the round of the World Championship qualification tournament in the Dominican republic from October 13 to 15.

The Jamaicans are drawn in group A’ along with the hosts, Guatemala and Puerto Rico.

The top two finishers will move on to the world championships in japan September 29 to October 20, 2018.

Meanwhile coach of the Wolmers girl’s team and national assistant coach O’neil Ebanks is set to attend an FIVB beach volleyball coaching course in the Dominican Republic October 7 to 11.
