Reggae Boys up to places to 59 on FIFA Ladder

Jamaica’s Reggae Boys moved up two places to 59th in the latest FIFA/Coca Cola world rankings.

Jamaica remains the top team in the English speaking Caribbean and fifth in Concacaf.

Caribbean neighbors Trinidad and Tobago who sent USA packing from the Concacaf World Cup qualifiers last week jumped a whopping 16 places to 83.

In the meantime, Mexico slipped two places to 16th on the FIFA table but remains the number one team in Concacaf with Costa Rica second in Concacaf at 22 and the United States third at 27th.

The top five teams in the world remains unchanged with world champions Germany atop, followed by Brazil in second place, Portugal in third position, Argentina comes next and Belgium rounds out the top five.
