Captain Jhaneille Fowler -Reid is confident ahead of Fast Five series tip off

Jamaica’s Senior Sunshine girls captain Jhanielle Fowler -Reid is expressing confidence that her team will give a good account of themselves at this weekend’s international Netball Federation Fast Five World series in Melbourne Australia.

The Jamaicans who wrapped up a training session today will open their account against South Africa on the opening day, before meeting host Australia.

Then on the final day the sunshine girls face off with defending Champions New Zealand and before closing out their schedule against England.

Captain Fowler- Reid says the team has prepared well and they are all rearing to go.

She will be joined by fellow shooters – Shimona nelson who played in the recent under 21 netball world youth cup in Botswana, in addition to Shanice Beckford and Rebekah Robinson.

The durable Paula Thompson leads the centre court trio which includes- Adean Thomas and Khadijah Williams, while the versatile Vangelee Williams, will team with Malysha Kelly and Stacian Facey in defense.
