The West Indies, despite a middle-order fightback by the home team on day 4, are holding the advantage heading into the 5th and final day of the second Test against Zimbabwe at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.

The Zimbabweans batting in their second innings closed the day on 140 for 4 after earlier slipping to 23 for 3.

They were led by an unbroken 5th wicket partnership of 94 between Peter Moor who is on 39 and Sikandar Raza who is unbeaten on 58.

Kemar Roach (2-14) was the top Windies bowler on the day while there was one apiece for Shannon Gabriel (1-16) and Devendra Bishoo (1-38).

Earlier the Windies resuming on their overnight 374 for 7 went on to make 448 all out with skipper Jason Holder and Shane Dowrich both completing centuries.

Holder, who started the day on 71, went on to make 110 while Dowrich, who resumed on 75, added another 28 runs before being dismissed on 103.

The pair added 212 for 8th wicket which was the highest in West Indies Test history.

It was also the first time numbers 8 and 9 scored centuries for Windies.

Both however were removed by Tendai Chisora who ended with 3 for 113 to support Sikandar Raza who led the Zimbabwean attack with 5 for 99.

Scores heading into the final day Zimbabwe 326 and 140 for 4, West Indies 448.
